Inmate Threatens Corrections Deputy

A Palm Coast man who is being held in the Flagler County Inmate Facility on 59 felony charges has been additionally charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.

Alton Smith, 47, of Carlos Court, had to be restrained by corrections deputies after he began slamming his head against the cell door at 7 a.m. on Aug. 22. For his own safety, corrections officers removed him from his cell and placed him in restraints.

During the process, Smith threatened a corrections deputy. The report states Smith told the deputy that he had better watch his back because one day when they are alone “I am gonna get you”. Several other corrections deputies heard the statements.

Smith is being held on 37 charges of possession of child pornography, three charges of incest, two charges of attempted escape, 15 charges of promoting sex by a child, and one each of soliciting prostitution and lewd and lascivious behavior.

I mean there is no way in hell she didn't know, and obviously her motherly insticts failed her as far as protecting her daughter from this work of art.

I don't really see a need to apologize in this case.

DNA has confirmed that he fathered his daughter's autistic child.
The pornography found on his computer was him and his wife having sex with a minor child.

Court will be a formality of his rights.

I stand by my comment that he would be fun to taze. I speak for his autistic child and the minors on video.
