Sorry I have been so long in adding anything. Got back to WONDERLAND on Dec 4th. Been a roller coaster ride since I've been back. Almost everyone I worked with before I left has jumped contracts and gone elsewhere. That being said , being one of the senior ones (IDIOT??) still here I get to be promoted to Shop Lead. Well, promoted isn't the right word . That would infer that I was actually getting paid to do it. More like a Steer being called a Bull. I like the title, but would like to have what is rightfully mine.
If you don't believe Hell can freeze over, it did snow here. It wouldn't stick ( actually can't blame it for not hanging around) but it was kind of different. Might just be a precursor to the "Rainy Season" coming up. Already has been raining off and on. The roads here, since the rain, actually make the thought of driving on 95 a joy. Potholes would be an understatement.
I did have one surprise when I cam back though. That nice cozy little slice of heaven that I called my room, well it seems that we had a flash flood while I was home (my real home in FLA) , so that got washed out. Fortunatley, I didn't have a lot left in it , even less when I got back. Sure hope the individual that got my memory foam topper is enjoying it, and my extra pillows, sheets, etc. Thankfully they left my underwear. Surprised actually.
So here I am back in "The Suck" with a bunch of Newbies still passing Stateside Water counting the days till I see Sundealer again. Love you Honey, Can't wait to get home again. Remember, get the extended Warranty BEFORE 45,000 miles hits.
