This would be so bad, unhealthy for us it must surely be yummy, yummy, yummy! I would never make it; but, might take a bite of it if someone offered it to me.

Gotta say, this looks disgusting to me; but, I'm sure if there was some bacon slapped on it...it'd be a hit with some!

Here's another one for you, slick: Why bake your chicken naked when there is bacon?
http://tasteerecipe.com/2015/12/15/w...-salty-coat/2/
Ingredients
Spice Rub:
Ľ cup packed dark brown sugar
˝ Tbl. paprika
˝ Tbl. kosher salt
˝ Tbl. garlic powder
˝ Tbl. onion powder
ľ tsp. chipotle chili powder
ľ tsp. creole seasoning
Ľ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Ľ tsp. white pepper
Rest of Ingredients:
4 large bone-in chicken legs, skin removed/fat trimmed
3 large bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed/fat trimmed
1˝ lb. pkg. thick-sliced lean bacon, (17 slices bacon), or as many as needed (*you may need less if chicken pieces are smaller/*I use Wrights bacon)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all the Spice Rub ingredients. Set aside.
Remove skin from pieces of chicken and coat each side well with spice rub using all of it.
Wrap each chicken leg well with two slices bacon, and thighs with three (you could always add more, if needed). Place onto a rack placed onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
Using a pastry brush, swirl leftover rub and juice on baking sheet until it’s a sauce, baste tops and sides of wrapped chicken.
Pop into lower center of oven and bake for 30 minutes. Turn sheet around and bake 30 minutes longer. Turn sheet one last time and bake until done, about 15 more minutes.
