I have been looking on Amazon for a couple of items and as you all know, with Amazon if someone has a question about an item they can ask it on the webpage where they find the item and anyone can answer it. Generally, I would think a person asking the question is asking those who have or are familiar with them item or even the manufacturer or seller.
Anywho...today I was looking for some 4 to 6-gallon trash bag with a drawstring. One that I was looking at someone has asked "Are the bags scented or do they give off an odor?" Someone responded, "I don't know because I just ordered mine yesterday and they haven't arrived yet." And on a "cordless stick-type vacuum cleaner" someone asked the question "How long does it hold a charge?" Again, someone answered, "I don't know, I gave it as a gift."
The questions are not addressed to particular people, why do they feel compelled to respond if they don't know the answer? I find this extremely odd, or is it just me?
