Default Dog/Cat years to human years

Have you ever thought how old would your pretty pet be if it was a human being? We have found the answer for this intriguing question. Check it out!

There is a myth that you can easily calculate the age of your dog multiplying its age by 7. The fact is that a one-year-old dog is already sexually mature while a seven-year-old human isn't ready for reproduction yet. Thus, we cannot compare dogs and people's age that easily. Let's not worry and finally resolve the mystery!

Did you know that about twenty years ago an average cat lived for six years only? The situation has changed for better since well-balanced cat food appeared on store shelves. Today, the majority of cats live for more than ten years. The table below will help you to define your fluffy pet's age.

As the matching of the ages is different for each animal, it's not easy to learn all the numbers by heart. This is one of the main reasons to share the article!
